Ms. Alicia Hargett Grew up in Hughes Springs, Texas. She graduated from East Texas Baptist University, with a Bachelor’s degree in All Level Music Education, and a Master’s degree in Education with an emphasis in Curriculum and Instruction.
She is a trumpet specialist that studied under Dr. Douglas Lockard.
Ms. Hargett has been a music instructor for 13 years teaching band, guitar, piano, and choir. She is the Elementary Music Specialist at E.C. Brice, lead trumpet for FBC Mt. Pleasant orchestra, and enjoys performing with the FBC choir as well. She is a member of First Baptist Church in Mount Pleasant.
Ms. Hargett is an active teacher at Mount Pleasant Music Studio for trumpet, piano, voice, and guitar lessons.
