Rebekah Hall Stilwell is a long-time resident of Camp County. She began studying piano at the age of 6 and has performed in numerous recitals and competitions. Rebekah was a piano student at Mt. Pleasant Music Studio and studied under Sherry Daniel and Deanna Warren. After graduation, Rebekah began her career of teaching music to others. She taught private piano lessons for 6 years, and then devoted 3 years to teaching music at a private school in Pittsburg, Texas. Throughout those years, Rebekah served as full time pianist at 2 different churches in Pittsburg. In February of 2018, she joined the staff at Mt. Pleasant Music Studio, where she spent many years as a student. MPMStudio is so proud to have “one of our own” join the teaching staff. Mrs. Beka has a huge amount of patience with her students, finds creative ways to teach note names and rhythms and fills her students with encouraging words at each lesson. One of her greatest joys is getting to teach what she is most passionate about.
