Jennifer Rowe Bowman went to Pittsburg High School and was very active in the choir, where Mrs. Deanna Warren was choir director.  Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s of Music in Vocal Performance with a Minor in Theater from Centenary College in Shreveport, Louisiana.  Jennifer also holds a Master’s Degree in Vocal performance from Oklahoma City University.  Before beginning her teaching career, Jennifer performed in many opera and musical theater productions.  She was selected as a National Finalist in the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions. Her teaching career began as a Graduate Assistant at Florida State University and she has previously served as an Adjunct Professor of Voice at Dallas Baptist University.  Jennifer has many years of experience working with children, having previously been on staff as the Preschool and Children’s Ministry Associate at First Baptist Church in Winnsboro, Texas where her husband is the Worship Pastor.  In addition to teaching at Mount Pleasant Music Studio, she currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Voice at Northeast Texas Community College and teaches English as a second language, online.
